We have reached a settlement with AT&T that may allow you to make a claim for compensation. Recently claim forms were sent to employees of AT&T who were employed in the following capacities. Senior Data Center Managers, Data Center Managers, IT Analysts (or analysts), Database Administrators and Database Analysts during the time period they were classified as exempt from July 15, 2004 to May 15, 2009 and/or Employees in the Information Technology Department of AT&T Services, while classified as non-exempt and who worked Alternative Workweek Schedules from July 15, 2004 through June 30, 2009 If you have not received a claim form but believe you should have, Please call: Josh Rogers the claims administrator for this case, at Rust Consulting, toll free at 866.591.7254 and find out if you should have received a claim form. Or if a returned envelope was not included in your claim form package, please call the toll free number and ask for one. If there is any identifying information, such as address or name that is incorrect, please contact Mr. Rogers at Rust to correct this information. If you believe the number of workweeks that you are being credited for is too low, please provide Rust and our offices with all information and supporting documentation to show that you are entitled to compensation for additional workweeks.
